TRIPOLI/NEW YORK, APRIL 9, 2021 —One person was killed and two were injured on the morning of April 8, after a shooting took place in a detention center in Tripoli, Libya , the international medical humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) said today.
